Situated in the heart of Bishopbriggs, FRESH is an Asian-inspired bakery where flavours, creativity and comfort come together. We specialise in freshly made baked goods that fuse classic bakery favourites with Asian influences. Our signature cake slices are made with an Asian recipe that uses special baking techniques and that DOESN'T contain any butter to create the lightest and fluffiest sponge base. Fun fact: it's also known as a cloud cake.

 

Saturday and Sundays at FRESH feature the softest, most delicious and moreish cinnamon buns, as well as classic Chinese pineapple buns - a sweet soft bun with a crispy vanilla cookie crust. They are a true staple of any Chinese bakery (and despite the name, don’t actually contain pineapples). We take this classic bun and elevate it to create flavours you can only find at FRESH. 

 

For amazing tasting coffee, FRESH has it! From familiar coffee menu items to specially curated espresso-based drinks -  such as the very popular caramelised latte and caramel brulee latte - our air-roasted coffee beans sourced from a local distributor in East Kilbride ensure every cup is fresh and delicious. Also to be found is signature hand-whisked matcha and hojicha, special homemade syrup flavours, as well as hot chocolates, chai, bubble tea and much more!
